This series of one to one coaching takes you through our PERFECT change process to assist you to plan how to get the intellectual, emotional and behavioral changes in your team that will assure sustainable success. This is vital because in order to bring about sustainable change your team MUST buy in to the need for change, love it as much as you do and then own the adoption.
Session 1 Understanding Influencing Styles
We begin by using a diagnostic to help you to understand your preferred Influencing style and how this impacts on your decisions.
You will learn the alternative Influencing styles and understand how to incorporate them all in order to achieve sustainable changes.Being in control of your influencing styles alows you the true flexibility to influence the different individuals in your team.
Session 2 Creating and challenging your vision for the future
In this session you will develop a vision for the future that you really want. Your coach will challenge you to explore a wider range of options than you thought possible.
Then together you will challenge your assumptions and check for hard evidence that supports your vision.
Session 3 Motivating your team.
Now you’re ready to motivate your team. Plan your strategy for getting them as excited in your vision as you are. Who are the key stakeholders that you will need to have working with you to achieve your vision? What will you be saying to them and how will you say it?
Session 4 Handing on the Baton
If part of your vision is to genuinely delegate real responsibility (even as far as your exit from the business) then this session will help you plan out how to do this. It can be a difficult time of adjustment especially if you started and nurtured the business from the beginning. This session gives you the space to talk through how to make that adjustment, what you personally are going to do next and how you will relate to your newly promoted team.
